Currently we run with 80MHz/3 = 26.67MHz pixel clock (x4: 106.67MHz vs 108MHz).
We should adjust frqa to $10333333 which gives us 26.99MHz and 107.99MHz respectively. That being said, this may result in a more jittery picture (which is probably the reason for picking the current setting).

Best way forward would be a dual cog solution similar to the 80x25 driver.

Did some preliminary tests with 27MHz pixel clock (6.75 *16/4) but that's not acceptable. Will keep 26.67MHz for now.
