Edit: some permissions in all-in-one-postgres.yaml were missing.

@aledbf I think it would have been helpful if the answers were no so generic like

People get confused because of this. Perhaps we could have pointed out that the Service account and role binding is missing.

I am also facing certain issues while configuring the JWT plugin via KongIngressController and getting generic answers from the team like run this or that doesn't help at all.
I really like the project and how guys are moving it forward, so it will help to make the project go a long way if we be specific and people understand how the controller bechaves
