Thanks for reporting this issue. How did you install MediaElch? Did you install it via the AppImage or via a package repository (and if so, which one?). :)

Ah, ok. Makes sense. It could be that my Dockerimage uses Wayland (accidentally)? Maybe something is missing.
I have read a few GitHub threads by other Qt developers and it's likely that the AppImage just won't properly run on Wayland.
We do have build instructions for Fedora. That may be the only workaround for you for now: https://mediaelch.github.io/mediaelch-doc/contributing/build/fedora_36.html
