nah I think anti-csrf should be separate, some people are pretty picky about entropy blah blah so it could become a battleground for this middleware haha

haha, yeah. i already started on a csrf repo, but i gotta make sure everything is customizable so people don't complain about entropy haha.
i'm just not sure how to handle async sessions, but i guess we can worry about that later.
