Indeed, https isn't supported on deviantArt, I will fix it.

However, there is a misunderstanding about "forced https" for Facebook.
Anyone can enable https on Facebook by going to https://www.facebook.com, but 
once you click on a link, it goes back to plain http. There are extensions that 
"force" Chrome to stay on https even when clicking links on Facebook. So 
"forced https" support for Facebook means that Hover Zoom will work when such 
an extension is used.
