Queue Proxy Timeout Seconds Not Respected about serving

Tested with an extremely low Revision Timeout, can confirm that it correctly returns **request timeout# **

In my testing with the long-running function, well past 10 minutes, I get the error: EOF

Continued testing:

Stood up a knative service with a time.sleep of 1 second. Using curl, I was able to hit it and return a 200.

Stood up with a 10 minute and 30 second timeout. Set the timeout seconds to 10 seconds, hit it and it returns "request timeout".

Stood up the same service with a 10 minute and 30 second timeout. Extended the knative timeout to 11 minutes, Hit it, and it returns a EOF
