Windows binary, where to install about fit-sne

Hi @timblosser, please clone (or download) this repository. There is a bin folder there. You can put the .exe and .dll files in that bin folder. Then, see example.R for an example as how to use it--you can call FIt-SNE from any folder, as long as you use the following to source the file:

source('<path_to_repo_root>/fast_tsne.R', chdir=T)

Please let me know if it's not clear!

Hi there,

I met a problem of using python wrapper. I put .exe and .dll files in the bin. And I changed subprocess.call([os.path.dirname(os.path.realpath(__file__)) + '/bin/FItSNE.exe', version_number, 'data.dat', 'result.dat', '{}'.format(nthreads)])
in fast_tsne.py file. However, when I ran .ipynb in the example folder. I received an error of "FileNotFoundError: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified"
Any suggestions?

I have changed the path in the ipynb file to the address of this repo.
Also, for the FFTW, do I need to install? I am in Windows.
