With this, we should be able to do better thumbnails as well. We should be able to use the instagram API and twitch TV API to get thumbnails and video urls

Maybe an easier idea for this:

Download articles as they are scrolled through the timeline. So if Talon picks up a link on a tweet, we can fetch the article at that time, and display it to the user. We could cache them in the same type of HashMap system that I use for the quoted tweets.

To display content previews, we can probably just pull from the most common meta data tag descriptions:

I used the Mercury web parsing APIs for this (just like the article server). I did it locally though, I didn't want to proxy through out backend
