Change interactor behaviour about glance

The ctrl key is tricky because is used as a "right click" on Mac and it does not behave the same on various browsers...

Yes everything is fine except ctrl because of mac.

In 3D,
wheel = zoom
right = zoom
left = rotate in 3D
ctrl-right = nothing
ctrl-left = zoom
shift-right = nothing...change to rotate around view axis
shift-left = pan

In 2D,
wheel = currently zoom...change to next/prev slice
Right = currently nothing....change to zoom
Left = currently pan...change to window and level
ctrl-right = nothing
ctrl-left = zoom
shift-right = currently nothing...change to rotate around view axis
shift-left = currently rotate around view axis...change to pan
