Holger,
I am writing up better documentation, but I am too busy to finish it right now. I just got a new job and have to both move and finish up some contract work. I plan to complete the latest update to CBPSC by the end of June.
The call to analyzeCorpus requires the sound file ID to be passed along. The sound file ID is returned from the call to addSoundFile and should be passed into the analyze call...
~latest = ~corpus.addSoundFile(...);
~corpus.analyzeSoundFile(~file, sfid:~latest, tratio:1); // where ~file is the path of the sound file being analyzed
I should change tratio to default to 1, but for now you have to pass it in with an argument.
Are you using the latest zipped version from Github? If so, can you tell me how you are calling addSoundFile?
Feel free to email me directly.

They don't seem to reflect the actual API... e. g.
~crps.analyzeSoundFile(~testpath);
analyzeSoundFile has two non-optional arguments, which just lead to failed calls...
Is there some other help available somewhere which is more correct?

I just cloned the repository and tried the helpfiles. I will try the zip file later... no worries :)

Holger, please note that the github repo is now github.com/kitefishlabs/cbpsc. I am preparing an "official" release this week and calling it 1.0. There will be working documentation.
