碰到了同样的问题。
经过对各种配置参数的修改都没能解决问题。
在github问题库中搜索到两年前的一个同样问题，有人在comment中提到是不是可能有软件在做自动粘贴（^C=ctrl+c）,这提醒了我。
很快就发现是有道词典的问题。它在屏幕取词后可能会触发ctrl+c往他的翻译器上输入，但是因为光标焦点依然在windterm界面中，所以就呗输入在了windterm中。修改有道的取词划词配置后解决问题。
