I've just replaced killbill/killbill:latest on killbill/killbill:0.15.9
That's worked for me.

For future reference, the killbill/killbill:latest image has been updated to be compatible with Kill Bill 0.16.0. If you are upgrading from a previous version, make sure to completely cleanup your previous containers, including volumes (docker rm -v ...).

A good first step would be to delete local containers and images, to make sure you are indeed pulling the latest image. Also, you can try with the latest tagged image (0.18.6) to validate your Docker setup.
