Improve Crouton hiding about crouton

I think an setAutoHideOnClick(boolean autoHide) is not a bad idea.. need to look at the implications of attaching that to a Styled or CustomView.

I added a new hide method here a10abaa.

Autohiding might be something to come in the future, but not at the time, since it's current implementation would remove any other OnClickListeners.

Nonetheless, it could look like this:
