Add possibility to display Croutons indefinitely about crouton

What do you think about this to determine if we want to display indefinitely : if duration defined in style = 0, then display Croutons indefinitely

Do you consider as an issue that when you display an infinite Crouton, you can't show any other Crouton above it ?

This is a feature of Crouton since it's initial release.
If a Crouton is being displayed, no other Crouton can be displayed above that.

Regarding this new feature (indefinit displayed) I tested it in my application this morning.

It works as advertised, no issue with that.... BUT I think there is an API issue here.

To remove it I need to call Crouton.hide(blabla), so I need a click listener and all the stuff... it makes lots of mandatory boiler code.

A good improvement would be a default listener on every Crouton, when you click on a Crouton, whatever is its duration, it disappears. It may also be setAutoDisappear(true/false)...

What do you think about that?
