Can you provide some example code? That makes it easier to verify the issue.

I can't slap all the code up, but instead of using the convenience of inheriting from ListActivity and calling getListView(), I just defined a ListView in my XML and the bug is gone.

Hm, im using it in a list fragment just fine? a 'SherlockListFragment' to be precise

Style croutonStyle = new Style.Builder().build();

         Configuration croutonConfiguration = new Configuration.Builder().setDuration(Configuration.DURATION_INFINITE).build();

         try {
             final Crouton crouton;

           if(CroutonShown == false){
               crouton = Crouton.makeText(getActivity(), "New usernames available", croutonStyle);
               crouton.setOnClickListener(new View.OnClickListener() {
                   public void onClick(View v) {
                       if (mPullToRefreshAttacher.isRefreshing()) {

                       }
                       else
                       {
                           adapter.clear();

                           adapter.notifyDataSetChanged();
                           Crouton.hide(crouton);
                           CroutonShown = false;
                       }

                   }
               }).setConfiguration(croutonConfiguration).show();

I can confirm the bug.
Just created a ListActivity with a custom adapter, and attached an onItemClickListener. When list is updated (i.e. after web call), i show a crouton using the MyActivity.this syntax. Then the click listener is not working anymore.
