Display Croutons within a Fragment about crouton

I've just implemented a solution that enables display of Croutons in a given ViewGroup. I think that's the most effective way to achieve this greater 'display within a Frament's view' feature anyway.

My solution will cause the content already in the ViewGroup to be pushed out, unless the ViewGroup is a FrameLayout.

Would you like a Pull Request or do you already have this covered?

Cool. Still finalising it, and just thought: if you are working on feature to display Crouton from bottom of page then I should try to make a similar feature for ViewGroup. Like add to either first or last position in ViewGroup. Currently, adding to last position, in say a vertical LinearLayout, yields a strange animation effect where the Crouton rises off the bottom of page 0.o
