I've made a local PoC to see whether we can add support for sending test results without any build data, it shouldn't require much changes. Some required fields can be made optional in the backend API, and the web frontend needs to be able to conditionally show the build details (or in fact, each piece of data to be more flexible). There doesn't seem to be any need to redesign the database schema or any major part of the stack.

It would probably make more sense to directly consider sending results via the new API rather than extending the schema in the current kernelci-backend implementation.
