この件、大文字を含むユーザー名のみ動作が怪しいことがわかっています。
内部のことを全然把握していないのでただの憶測ですが #1337 このあたりで不具合が生じたりはしていませんか

- Problemsの更新でも、解答済み問題のチェックマークなどがランダムに表示される、Standingsと同じような現象を確認しました。
- Estimated Performance、順位などもAC済み問題の表示に左右されて変動していました。

2023/02/25更新
#1337 のこのコミットでユーザー名の大文字小文字を区別しないようにした（つもりだった）んですけど、右辺でLOWER関数を使い忘れてしまい、ユーザー名に大文字を含むアカウントからの提出を取得できなくなってしまいしました。表示の変動は正直分かりませんが、大文字を含むユーザー名が怪しくなる（0点になる）のはこれが原因になっている気がします。
