It's not done, in the ChangeLog it just says planed.
I'm not sure how this will work, from a UX perspective. Where to draw the indicator, which size, what triggers it ?
Maybe it needs to be triggered by pressing Ctrl (or so) while dragging

I've misread "unreleased" as "done, just not provided as release". Sorry for the rant.
... I still would suggest to use a "planned" category above "unreleased". for things like that, and maybe milestones in GitHub to track both.
