DeploymentConfigName is not used correctly with CODE_DEPLOY about ecspresso

I confirmed the reported behavior. It seems to be caused by this code.

Currently, ecspresso finds a DeploymentInfo from the previous deployment, which has already deployed. Therefore even if DeploymentInfo has been changed, that changes will not be applied for the next deployment.

This is a bug. I'll fix this.
