I was just reading peter blog on configuration.

Seems like its good to accept via flags rather than ENV vars. But if there are two many configs, won't that make too many flags to be passed on command line to run he binary?
Do you suggest any rule of thumb for handling configuration effectively? Thanks again for your time.
