Chrome launching without plugins about karma-chrome-launcher

I have this issue as well. I found the following workaround:

1. Locate the JetBrains extension: e.g. ~/.config/google-chrome/Default/Extensions/hmhgeddbohgjknpmjagkdomcpobmllji/1.31_0 (hmhgeddbohgjknpmjagkdomcpobmllji is the extension ID found in the extension webstore URL https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/jetbrains-ide-support/hmhgeddbohgjknpmjagkdomcpobmllji)
2. Add the following option to https://github.com/karma-runner/karma-chrome-launcher/blob/master/index.js#L16:
   '--load-extension=<PATH_TO_YOUR_EXTENSION>'

Karma does that on purpose, so that extensions don't clobber your test - it always create a fresh profile. I believe we should keep it that way.

You can define a custom launcher with passing --load-extension... as @aeby suggested.

Or you can create your own Chrome profile and make Chrome use that instead (right now I'm not sure this is possible, however that's a simple change to the launcher and that would totally make sense, so if somebody wants to do that, a PR would be welcomed).

Well, this behaviour would be nice if I don't have to install the chrome extension every time I start Karma from within Webstorm. It doesn't remember that the plugin is installed. Pretty annoying.
