catalogs might need some other trick

EDIT: The above might be used only for kamelet definitions by feeding Kamelet CRD schema. The types for catalog entry and generic JSON schema might be manually written.

The model classes could be generated from YAML DSL schema and Camel K CRD schema with the tool above, which would be better in a separate issue... #7

Actually, I was aiming at the catalog index itself 😄, you know, the index.json file that we create.

This has been partially implemented here, what's remaining is to pass the generated index.json as well, but I'm not sure if the same library would work as it is or if we would need something different.
