Hi i'm sorry. nobody is answering but i have a problem with this program. it's been a week since dcsb stopped working. I had no problems for months and now every time I try to open it a window appears giving me this error "missing root element" or something similar. I tried everything. I reinstalled several times. I have tried previous versions. disabled the antivirus and updated windows but nothing, someone can help me? they advised me to look for the config.xml file. but it seems that is not there
