FileNotFoundError: "C:/Program Files (x86)/ffmpeg/bin/ffmpeg.exe" about video2x

@WSADKeysGaming Apparently C:/Program Files (x86)/ffmpeg/bin/ffmpeg.exe is not on your system.

As mentioned in the prerequisites section, you need to download ffmpeg and extract as video2x depends on it to process videos and etc. Go ahead and download the zip file from their official site, extract it into any folder of your choice and modify line 49 in video2x.py from

FFMPEG_PATH = 'C:/Program Files (x86)/ffmpeg/bin/'

to

FFMPEG_PATH = 'wherever you have extracted the files to/ffmpeg/bin/'

I admit that this part is a bit counter-intuitive for average users, maybe I'll consider making an anto-deploy for all the dependencies. It shouldn't be hard.

I found an FF MPEG binary in my documents folder that I used for another program, thought it would be okay, but I guess I needed the updated version. Works now
