Add Debian 9 package about heimer

Did you try if the Ubuntu 16.04 package works also for Debian 9.x ?

Heimer is now available as a Snap, too:

If these don't work then I'll consider making a specific package for Debian :)

Well, I just install Ubuntu 16.04 package on Debian 9 (on own risk)

Try setup AppImage builds too. AppImage package could work as portable build on mostly all Linux distributions!

Ubuntu is based on Debian so I don't see much risk using that .deb :) Almost only thing that matters is the glibc version. AFAIK Ubuntu 16.04 is older that Debian 9 so there shouldn't be any problems. Maybe I'll rename those packages.

I will take a look at AppImage after I have automated Snap builds. Thanks!
