I'm a Software Engineering student @ the University of Waterloo. My side projects listed below are mostly in the realm of mixed reality, although I contribute to many other projects in the fields of machine learning and data engineering. • 🌱 I was previously at Zynga Inc as a SWE intern. I developed performant backend systems in Go/gRPC for Zynga Poker, the world's biggest Poker game with millions of monthly users. Some of my work includes revamping the app's rewards microservice, improving P95 response time for 79 million transactions by up to 9%, every single day.
• 🛠️ I'm currently working with some amazing people to establish UW Reality Labs, Waterloo's XR Engineering design team. Next term, I'll be acting as Software Lead to direct the development of a deep learning model for augmented-reality gesture classification.
