Probably this will be rather simple to adopt since releasing Galata mostly consists in publishing the package to npm.

Also we should check whether this will be necessary based on the discussion in jupyterlab/jupyterlab#10480.
But since the setup should hopefully be simple, it might still be worth doing it at least for now.
