Syntax for attributes in dictionary format about jxmlease

Currently, there is no syntax to specify attributes within a native Python data structure. Instead, you need to use the set_xml_attr() method on an existing XMLDictNode instance.

user@h0$ cat set_xml_attr_example.py 
#/usr/bin/env python
import jxmlease

data = { 'Monkey': {
             'Name': 'Lando Griffin'
         }
       }

result = jxmlease.XMLDictNode(data)
result['Monkey'].set_xml_attr('key','value')
print(result.emit_xml())

user@h0$ python set_xml_attr_example.py 
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<Monkey key="value">
    <Name>Lando Griffin</Name>
</Monkey>

Alternatively, you can specify the tag and the xml_attrs arguments to the XMLDictNode() constructor.

user@h0$ cat xml_attrs_example.py 
#/usr/bin/env python
import jxmlease

data = { 'Name': 'Lando Griffin' }

result = jxmlease.XMLDictNode(data, tag='Monkey', xml_attrs={'key': 'value'})
print(result.emit_xml())

user@h0$ python xml_attrs_example.py 
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<Monkey key="value">
    <Name>Lando Griffin</Name>
</Monkey>

I would be open to a pull request that adds the functionality you suggest.
