cursor shape changed from underscore to block in iTerm2 about fzf.vim

I can't reproduce the problem (iTerm 3.5.0beta18). Tested with:

Hi @junegunn ,

I suppose the issue is from vim itself. I've merged all changes into neovim this afternoon, and cursor shape looks pretty normal now
