yeah, as I want to make a rule based on the balance change. Eg: you got new funds and you want to spend it.

Eg: if $ balance goes more than 0, buy bitcoin at exact price.

I'd specifically like it that if an order fills to trigger a rule. Balance is not good enough because you dont necessary know which order will fill of you've set up a few buy and sells at different points - as in orders, not rules. So a rule that is triggered on a particular order being filled would be great.
