Sure! The router is just a http.Handler which can be chained (untested):

type Middleware struct{
    h http.Handler
}

// Implement the ServerHTTP method on our new type
func (m Middleware) ServeHTTP(w http.ResponseWriter, r *http.Request) {
    // You can modify the request here ...
    h.ServeHTTP(w, r)
    // ... and the response here
}

func main() {
    // Initialize a router as usual
    router := httprouter.New()
    router.GET("/", Index)
    router.GET("/hello/:name", Hello)

    // Use our Middleware as the main http.Handler
    m := &Middleware{router}
    log.Fatal(http.ListenAndServe(":12345", m))
}
