Coincidentally the latest master (work in progress) has this addition to the macros, so you can do:

@svg begin
   ...
end 400 400 "/tmp/t.svg"

I made this change because every image in a notebook was being given the same name, and I thought this was causing bugs somewhere. (It was something else...:)

Until I do a new release, you can either live on the bleeding master edge, or stick to Drawing()... finish() ...preview().
