I have monitors for all Judge0 services available here. As you can see they are not reporting any downtime in the last 7 days. Maybe there was too many submissions that had to be run and the waiting queue was long and that is why your submission took long to process.

@hermanzdosilovic, Thanks for the compiler. It's awesome. Can I make the execution in my Cpanel? I am trying to run the compiler for my students. I would like to contribute as a donation in the future. How many submissions or executions (roughly) can the server handle at a time?

I am not familiar with the cPanel and unfortunately cannot help you there. :/

Currently Judge0 API workers can process 5 submissions at once.
