Is this the right fix ? In this situation, what should the buffer size be ? Exactly the potential number of "concurrent" value ?

This is not about buffer size. It's a bug caused by the fact that Javascript closures capture references instead of values.

Does a "growing" buffer makes sense if I'm not absolutely sure about the possible number of items ?
Is it possible to grow a buffer at run time ?

It's possible to provide a custom buffer that dynamically shrink/grow at runtime. We need to document the buffer interface and their transducer interaction first though.
