Insert doesn't clear Query-Cache for ORACLE and sqlite3 about activerecord-jdbc-adapter

Can you try this with the latest ar-jdbc (1.1.1)? The bug could still be there but in that case if you could update the changes to work with the latest code, it would be easier to fix. Thanks.

I have tryed activerecord-jdbc-adapter 1.1.1. The bug still exists, but the workaround doesn't work out of the box. I will try to update the workaround .

The following workaround works with 1.1.1

config/initializers/jdbc_adapter.rb
require 'arjdbc/oracle/adapter.rb'

::ArJdbc::Oracle.class_eval do
   alias_method :insert_without_query_dirty, :insert
   remove_method :insert
end

I suspect the methods weren't being wired up properly to account for the query cache. This commit should fix.
