@uGoMobi I seem to remember that we had a discussion about the remaining one:
Header + Footer + Content = Page.sections widget
should it be done or is it fine as is (I can't remember exactly what we said), but I seem to remember that there was actually a problem with that as Page.sections was not yet a proper widget in the pure sense? (but then meybe I remember this incorrectly?? )

In 1.4 there will be a new toolbar widget for the header and footer, page.sections has been removed. So we can combine the two header and footer widget entries into one new toolbar entry. The page widget now has option contentTheme
.
Note that the back button related data- attributes should be added to the header and not the page as from 1.4.

@agcolom - Thanks for merging those widget entries!
Only ones left are the header and footer entries. As from 1.4 we have a toolbar widget. I am going to change the title of this ticket.

Together with the new toolbar widget we now support toolbars outside the page. We have to mention that you have to set a theme for the toolbar if you use external toolbars.

I just noticed there is already an entry for the new toolbar widget in the 1-4 branch. So we only have to delete the old header and footer entries. Awesome!

We leave the Header and Footer Widget entries (although it were never real widgets) with a link to the new toolbar widget.
Data- attribute reference has been updated.
Closing as fixed.
