That is very strange. //= require jquery.ui.tooltip should definitely work. Do the other modules, besides jquery.ui.all, work for you?

Random idea: Could it be that you put gem 'jquery-ui-rails' in the :assets group in your Gemfile? That has been known to cause problems. Try moving it to the top level of the Gemfile.

Hi, sorry for the delayed response.

Gem is included in the top level of the gemfile. I copied the code block from the Widgets section of the main document and got failure to load errors on menu, spinner, and tooltip. However, I checked my gems and found it was still using 2.0.0 and had not updated to 4.1.1 like I thought. I dug into the gem folders for 2.0 and found that the js files for menu, spinner, and tooltip were indeed missing.

Anyways, I updated the gemfile to gem 'jquery-ui-rails', "=4.1.1" and it resolved the problem.
