Include minor versions + versions file about jquery-ui-rails

I'd like to request that for future releases that when you release a new version, please cut individual releases for any intermediate jQuery-ui versions which may have been released.

Sounds reasonable, will do.

Good idea, but since that info is already in History.md, I'd rather keep it DRY to minimize the overhead of cutting a release. I know the more steps I add the less likely it is to happen. ;-)
