Initial attempts in W11 were promising. A Cypress 20700 adapter by "Pluggable" was passed through successfully. From there we learned that dbus and systemd are both weird in WSL2 so it was impossible to run bluetooth services are connect to the device.
Setting it up for USBIPD in W10/WSL2 to continue.

This ends up being possible but sort of a pain. Coming back to the working environment months later it "wasn't working". Will recommend Linux VM or native for Linux development since there is no point in running a Windows compataible GUI in WSL2
