Hi,
So there are two types of merges that I saw in all the games I worked on and that I currently support :
-each g1m having its own skeleton + geometry
-several g1m having only geometry and one g1m only having a skeleton

Your sample seems to be a mix of both, this is actually the first time I'm seeing this (the last 3 g1ms are together while the first ones are separate).
Were those extracted from the same container ? Or did you put then yourself ? I can't tell if this face mesh is supposed to be here considering how the helmet would completely hide it.

Yea so I extracted them from the same container, but they were extracted as part of separate folders. I assumed that the process would be similar to the Dynasty Warrior models as the two skeletons represent head and body, so I put them in the same folder for merge.
The game has armor break animations, so there is a second skin, hence why I put the head skeleton alongside. The reason why the helmet is unaffected, however (along with a hair mesh), is that the helmet and the hair came with the body skeleton and are weighted to its bones as such.
