CI build service selection about un-stow

@peter279k sounds good. CircleCI is what I use for my other projects. I've added this repository to my Circle CI projects, so if you would like to create a configuration file for that, I will gladly accept the PR 🙂.

If it is any help for you as starting point; I've copied the sample config they provide. Feel free to use it, or not.
