I currently work as a data analyst in the TV and Broadband industry; my role involves analysing data to gain insight and make recommendations that help optimise the digital experience of customers, with a particular focus on automation, NLP and reporting 📱
I'm fascinated by how data science and machine learning impacts the digital world, business performance, and the day to day functioning of society, so projects in these areas also interest me 🌐
Previously I worked in the fitness industry where I learned about website and digital marketing data analysis 📈 This sparked my fascination in the world of data, statistics and computer programming 💻 and led to me enrolling in a data science course 📚 📊 I then decided data analytics was my future which brings the story full circle to my current role! 🔃
