Ah ok thanks! As a workaround for now I created 2 separate template files with a language check.

I have not confirmed this error yet, but I guess the filtering for the actual selected site is missing:

Personally, I have not used this search on a multisite yet.

I did not look into this anymore because the website was discontinued. Also did not found a permanent solution to this.
