Deprecate in favor of broccoli-uglify-sourcemap? about broccoli-uglify-js

@stefanpenner Sounds good. I've add you and @ef4 as owners to the broccoli-uglify-js npm package. I'd suggest you just rename the ef4/broccoli-uglify-sourcemap repo to ef4/broccoli-uglify-js, and start pushing releases under the broccoli-uglify-js name. So this repo (joliss/broccoli-uglify-js) will simply fall into disuse. Does that sound good?

Also: Do you want to rename broccoli-uglify-sourcemap to broccoli-uglify-js? I'm happy to hand over ownership of the npm package. Please let me know if you want to rename it or if you want to keep the name.

@joliss I would love to merge the two projects. I do feel broccoli-uglify-js has the more canonical name.

@rwjblue / @oligriffiths I suspect we should npm deprecate this guy, and then move broccoli-uglify-sourcemap from ember-cli org to broccolijs org. Any concerns?
