Inset on multiple widget is expensive about flutter_inset_shadow

This is my Neumorphic Widget:

            ),
            BoxShadow(
              blurRadius: blur,
              offset: distance,
              color: darkShadowColor,

On the page i have an AnimatedCrossFade with the second child a column that has:

 Row(
     children: days.map((d) => NeumorphicButton(........)),
 )

Whenever the AnimatedCrossFade switches its child view and i show the Row, i get the 'lag' effect
