View line number of query about query-monitor

Good spot. It looks like there's a few ways Query Monitor could make this easier. I'll have to have a think about how the file name and line number can be displayed without adding too much visual clutter. I don't want to add another column to this table because it's already quite wide.

Note that if you enable clickable stack traces in Xdebug then Query Monitor will also use those settings and give you clickable stack traces. This is a huge time saver, but it doesn't help so much if you're working on a remote server (I do have a plan for this though).

I've also fixed the bug seen in your screenshot where the Slow Queries table row headers are incorrect.

It's taken me a while, but I've made some nice improvements to the way stack traces are shown in QM 2.8.0.
