With default value for required field, it shows validation icon without form being submitted or dirty about ng-fab-form

This is the correct behavior (imho). You can tweak it to your liking, by editing the validations-template, e.g setting.:

    <div class="validation-success"
         ng-show="field.$valid && (field.$touched || field.$dirty || form.$triedSubmit)">
    </div>

If you can please add this in your documentation as optional setting, that may be helpful for anyone who wants to use this behaviour.
