I am a Post-doctoral Research Fellow with research focused on understanding age-related diseases!

• Currently working on projects related to osteoarthritis, kidney injury, breast cancer and brain aging.

• I have been using Tana for notetaking, which has been extremely valuable for data mining thoughts while writing.

My disseration work focused on:

• Evaulating methods used to isolate extracellular vesicles.
• Developing informatics approaches to interpret proximity labeling experiments and to evaluate the quality of extracellular vesicle preparations.
• Understanding off-target labeling of hydroxyl-containing residues in tandem mass tag labeling experiments.
