Indeed, I also see such dependency, that should not be. Will check what causes it.

Problem in this line:

ktlint-gradle/plugin/src/main/kotlin/org/jlleitschuh/gradle/ktlint/KtlintPlugin.kt

Line 98 in 51283ae

val kotlinSourceDir = target.files(it.variantData.javaSources)

Commenting out kotlinSourceSet on task creation removes dependency from android tasks.
